Loli's salad dressings are not only a tasty complement to a healthy salad, but also beneficial by design.

What probiotics does Loli's use?
Loli's salad dressings are loaded with the probiotic spore-strains Bacillus Coagulans SC-208 & Bacillus Subtilis HU58 .The Bacillus strains in our dressings are protected by tough, seed-like outer shells to allow the microbes to travel and survive through the stomach and directly to the gut microbiome—where they offer the biggest benefit to gut health.

Does Loli's need to be refrigerated?
Loli's salad dressings contain live, active Bacillus Coagulans SC208 & Bacillus Subtilis HU58 strains—and they do NOT contain preservatives. So, our products must be refrigerated to ensure their freshness, flavor, and effectiveness.
Once opened, Loli's Probiotic Salad Dressings will stay fresh in your refrigerator for around 90 days. But don’t worry—they’re so delicious that you probably won’t have them around that long.
What are Superfoods?
Superfoods are extra rich in compounds like antioxidants, fiber, or fatty acids that are considered beneficial to our health. The fact that they’re more nutrient-dense than other foods earns them the "super" designation.
It’s important to work superfoods into our regular eating routines. They often are good sources of prebiotics—plant rich foods that feed probiotics and help repopulate our gut microbes. Superfoods offer a wide range of benefits—from simply looking and feeling better to even helping prevent more serious health problems.
What is your return policy?
Because our products are perishable, all food sales are final on eatlolis.com. Loli's will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives.

If you purchased a Loli's product at a local retail store, and you don’t love it, please return your product directly to the store that it was purchased from. Even though we cannot physically accept the return, or issue a refund, we would still like to know if you experienced an issue with any Loli's product - please email our customer service at orders@eatlolis.com and we’d be happy to help!
Loli's is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments that are unable to be delivered as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered. We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS), but this, of course, is out of our control. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Refunds can only be credited to the originating credit card. All damages/claims with the product will only be refunded within 7 day of receipt of order.

What is your refund policy?
At Loli's we strive to create the most delicious dressings available. If you received a wrong item, a damaged item, or have any other issues please let us know immediately so we can make it right! Our team will assist you right away.
In the event that a package is damaged en route, Loli's will replace and reship all damaged items within 48 hours of being notified of damage. Loli's will pay for shipping all items that must be replaced due to damage in transit.
Because we sell food products, Loli's is unable to accept returns for any orders, all sales are final unless there is a defect with your item.
